News:
Hello Aria, congratulations on the release of your debut
album "Daydreaming"! How was the experience of recording
your first album?
Thank
you so much! The experience was great. I was able to come into
the studio beforehand to see how everything worked and once
I got in to actually record, it was amazing and a lot of fun.
I really got to see all of the work and time that goes into
recording an album.
WCR
News:
What is the meaning behind the album title?
"Daydreaming"
has a few meanings for me. I am a daydreamer, and I've dreamt
of putting out an album and being a singer since I was about
three years old. Also, one of the songs on my album is called
"Daydreaming" and it's probably the most personal
song on the album to me. I sing it about my grandmother, who
died two years ago.
WCR
News: What is your favorite song on the album?
I
love them all! I think picking my favorite depends on my mood
and what's going on in my life but right now, I would say "Butterfly."
WCR
News: Give us a brief description of each of your
songs.
"Me"
is about being ok with who you are. "I still believe in
Fairy Tales" is about not giving up hope that a better
day is possible. "Embrace it" is about loving every
part of you. "Prince Jerkface" is about a guy not
being who you thought he was. "Be with you" is about
contemplating whether or not you should tell someone how you
feel. "Big city country girl" is about having a country
heart, no matter where you're from. "Forever in time"
is about how my dreams of becoming a singer are coming true.
"Just me and my girls" is about a fun girls night
out. "Butterfly" is about spreading love through smiles
and kindness. "Daydreaming" is about how thinking
of someone you miss helps with the pain. "Hey little girl"
is about the love of parents. "Little star" is about
someone or something that's always there for you, no matter
what. I think that's all of them!
WCR
News: Thank you for your time. Is there anything else
you would like to say to your fans?
Thank you for taking the time to interview me. I just want to
thank all of my fans, my butterflies, for their support. You
don't know how much I appreciate it! Thank you and I hope you
enjoy my album as much as I enjoyed making it!!
